The Doda ROTARY SEPARATOR is a sewage separator.
It is of simple and efficient construction for the treatment of any agricultural construction for the treatment of any agricultural or industrial waste that requires separation of the liquid part from the solid part.
The system has a separation method using a perforated rotary drum with a wide filtering surface (filters with a variety of perforation diameters can be installed), for products that do not require pressing. The separator is started up by a 0.75 kW power gear motor.
The entire structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
This separator is made by a double filtering screen of diam. 0,940m, each unit is 1,50m long 0,940m, long with inside a stainless steel double spire auger welded on the filtering surface. The screen
rotation speed is of 6 RPM. The loading can be direct, through a loading pipe, or by a belt conveyer. It has a frontal overflow tank.
Among the optional accessories we remind the integrated pressure washing system embedded
in the main structure and the screen cleaning scrapers. The main structure is equipped with 4 adjustable feet.
